Is StopScam only a call blocker?
No. The app combines call protection, AI checks of suspicious messages, links, screenshots and documents, supported device checks, email breach monitoring and family access. Available features depend on your device, setup and plan.
Does asking about an email check it for a data breach?
No. The AI assistant looks for scam warning signs in the content you submit. To check known breach records for an email address, use the separate email breach monitoring feature.
Can StopScam guarantee that something is safe?
No. AI guidance and known-number databases can miss scams or flag legitimate content. Verify urgent requests through a contact method you already trust. Never share passwords or one-time codes.
